Post Road Brew House serves elevated gastropub fare, CIA’s own beer selections, local craft beers, and Hudson Valley wines and spirits in a warm, relaxed, comfortable setting. This is a casual spot that is perfect for gathering with friends or hanging out with family, this restaurant is an excellent addition to CIA’s world-class dining experiences at our New York campus.

Post Road Brew House proudly serves beer from the Culinary Institute of America’s brewery, a classroom where bachelor’s-level students learn about the ingredients, equipment, and techniques required to produce different types of beer. The Post Road Brew House is located inside the General Foods Nutrition Center.

Visitors can conveniently park in CIA’s two-story parking deck located in Anton Plaza where you can also enjoy breath-taking views of the scenic Hudson River from a 30,000 square foot terrace.
